Regional State Archive of Valmiera is a territorial unit of the National Archives of Latvia. The aim of RSA of Valmiera is to ensure acquisition, registration, preservation and use of records included in National Documentary heritage within Valmiera town, as well as in municipalities of Aloja, Beverīna, Burtnieki, Kocēni, Limbaži, Mazsalaca, Naukšēni, Rūjienas, Salacgrīva, Smiltene, Strenči and Valka.
